ExecuSurv’s mission is to help employees and companies become more effective as individuals, as teams, and as organizations.

Methodology

1. ExecuSurv works with its clients to identify the areas to be addressed and to develop an appropriate survey instrument. Our surveys combine multiple questions types to get the right information. ExecuSurv works with the client to develop the right questions and ask them in the right way.

2. The survey is launched on the ExecuSurv Online Survey System. ExecuSurv provides around the clock, worldwide access for both data input and review, so participants in multiple locations can complete the survey at their convenience. The process is password driven and completely secure. You control who sees the results. ExecuSurv hosts the program and data, so your IT resources are not impacted.

3. Data is collected and presented in an organized, easy to understand manner. You analyze the data or, alternatively, we can review the data and report back to you with results. Data can be viewed using graphs, charts or frequency tables. Based on the demographic information, the data can be segmented into smaller sections in order to reveal trends across specific sub-populations.

4. Take appropriate action. ExecuSurv consultants can help you by developing ideas and introducing skill sets to help you better act upon the survey results. We host your survey and survey data in case you want to re-deploy and remeasure your progress at a later date.
