Nero | Sunny Bradford Jaime holds a Masters of Science from the University of California, Irvine. He has taught Organizational Behavior courses at the National University of Mexico, The Institute of Technology in Monterey (Harvard affiliate in Mexico), UCLA, and UCI. With his strong international background, Jaime specializes in multi-cultural organizations. He also has extensive experience with assessment tool development and related applications. Jaime is a co-founder of ExecuSurv. Over the course of his 30-year career, Jaime has provided consulting services to Baxter, Campbell Soup Company, Disney, Tricon (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut), PETsMART.com, Reed Elsevier, Mexican Government, ING North America, Tyco International, Baxter International, and the Los Angeles Times. Bob holds a Ph.D. in Organization Behavior from Cornell, and Masters of Science in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Bob was a Research Fellow at both Brunel University in Uxbridge, England and Glacier Institute of Management in Ruislip, England. He is active in the OD Network and has numerous articles published in the fields of organization development and training. Bob brings to ExecuSurv over 30 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, corporate manager, business owner, and trainer. He has substantial experience working with clients in technology, oil and gas, and electronics. Bob has worked with clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small businesses, including Ericsson Telecommunications, Reed Elsevier, Hagar, Mallinckrodt, Brightpod.com, Arco, and PPG. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Human Systems Development from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles. Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She has been a member of the faculty of Antioch University in Los Angeles since 1980 and has chaired its Graduate Management Program. She has also taught in the NTL/American University and NTL/JFK University joint graduate programs, and at UCLA and Stanford in their graduate management programs. Susan specializes in large systems change management, conflict negotiation and resolution, and senior team-building processes. Susan has served as a consultant to many private and public organizations in a variety of industries. Some of her clients include Hughes Communications, Department of Water and Power, Merrill Lynch, Times Mirror, McGraw-Hill Publications, Baxter International, Campbell Soup Company, UCLA, and the Orange County Register. Sunny holds a Masters degree in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has served as adjunct staff with the Center for Creative Leadership and has given presentations for ASTD, the American Management Association, and OD Network. Sunny is currently serving as an adjunct faculty member for Antioch New England Graduate School, teaching in the Organization and Management Program. Sunny specializes in organizational development for healthcare providers. She is trained in the administration of culture audits and team assessments. She also has extensive experience in mediation. Sunny has served as a training and organizational development specialist for Kaiser Permanente, Maine Medical Center, and Massachusetts Health Care Finance and Policy Division. She has also worked extensively with private and public sector organizations across other industries. Some of her clients include Xerox Corporation, TRW, Fannie Mae, Publishers Clearing House, UCLA, Avery Dennison, First Interstate Bank, and Washington D.C. Navy Yard. Bette holds
a B.A. from Barnard College, Certificates from Columbia Bette has
strong expertise in personal and organizational transition Before joining
ExecuSurv, Bette was a senior consultant to Exxon for over twenty years
where she held the positions of Organization Development Consultant to
all Latin American Affiliates of Exxon Chemical Americas, and Training
and Education Advisor to all domestic affiliates in Exxon Corporation.
She has also served as a consultant to the Vice President of Human Resources
for Columbia University as well as to the Interfaith Ministries of Greater
Houston. Trudi received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in History, a Master of Arts from California State University, Long Beach in Dance, and a Master of Business Administration in Behavioral Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Trudi served as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Stanford University, UCLA, Antioch Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University. She has also served as the Dean for National Training Laboratories. Trudi has authored numerous publications about employee diversity and retention. Trudi specializes in employee diversity and retention. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of exit interviews and surveys. Trudi has worked with a wide array of clients, including OSD, Xerox, TRW, US West Telephone, New England Telephone, IRS, US Army Ground Welfare Division, Avery Dennison, Defense Communications Agency, Arthur Anderson, Inc., and Leo Baeck Temple. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Long Island University with an emphasis in marketing. Jeff has over 25 years experience marketing human resource systems with such companies as Spectrum Human Resource Systems, Lawson Software and SAP. He has worked with many companies analyzing HRIS requirements, identifying critical business issues, and tailoring solutions to solve those issues. He values a true partnership with his clients and strives to build a relationship as a trusted advisor. Jeff's clients
