Trudi Ferguson

Trudi received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley in History, a Master of Arts from California State University, Long Beach in Dance, and a Master of Business Administration in Behavioral Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Trudi served as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, Stanford University, UCLA, Antioch Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University. She has also served as the Dean for National Training Laboratories. Trudi has authored numerous publications about employee diversity and retention.
